David Oser is Senior Vice President, Investments for ShoreBank and a member of the Bank’s senior management team.
Mr. Oser has been employed by ShoreBank since 1976. During that the time the Bank has grown from less than $100 million in total assets to more than $1.8 billion. He manages fixed income investment portfolios for ShoreBank, its affiliates and outside institutional clients and has more than $600 million in assets under his management. He serves on the Risk Management Committees of the corporation and its subsidiary banks. Mr Oser has been engaged on many domestic and international consulting assignments. He has conducted risk management seminars for bankers in Romania and the Republic of Georgia, along with providing technical assistance to microfinance programs in Poland and Bangladesh. Domestically, he has managed investments and risk management programs for client banks in Arkansas and Kansas and conducted due diligence assessments of numerous financial institutions with special attention to investments and risk management.
Mr. Oser received a BA from Carleton College and an MA from the University of Chicago.
